Consulting & project planning

Our knowledge flows into the development of concepts for the entire technical implementation, from hardware selection to software services and documentation creation. We are in close contact with our customers to define interfaces and delivery limits and to take into account all technical, regulatory, local and customer-specific requirements.

During the realization of a project, we constantly monitor the entire production process. In addition to compliance with all local and customer-specific regulations (specifications), the entire purchasing and production process is monitored.

Our on-site services include continuous coordination of all installation work, as well as handover, supervision of trial operation and instruction of customer personnel.

EPLAN Electric P8

The EPLAN CAD system enables consistent, integrated and fast electrical design for machines and systems. It supports various engineering methods, from manual creation to standardized and template-based work. The project data recorded in the circuit diagram serves as the basis for automated completion of the machine and system documentation.

EPLAN Pro Panel

This system enables us to carry out comprehensive planning in 2D and 3D for control and switchgear construction. It serves as the basis for the automation and industrialization of enclosure production. We use EPLAN Pro Panel to design and construct control cabinets, switchgear and power distribution systems for energy supply in 3D.

EPLAN Smart Mounting

Smart Mounting simplifies the manual assembly of mechanical and electrical components in enclosure construction. Precise work instructions and 3D visualization make the assembly of enclosures more efficient.

EPLAN Smart Wiring

Smart Wiring is our virtual assistant for manual wiring in control cabinet construction. The software provides all information, from connection points to the exact installation route, digitally and in 3D.

EPLAN Preplanning

With preplanning, we record engineering data as early as the pre-planning phase. This includes, for example, actuators and sensors for systems, machines or buildings. The software makes it possible to quickly create data sheets or specifications for material procurement. We also access the collected and enriched data in the subsequent planning phases.

EPLAN Fluid

Our engineering tool for project planning and automated documentation of fluid technology systems such as hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling and lubrication. The software supports various engineering methods, from manual creation to standardized and template-based work. Once recorded in the circuit diagram, the project data serves as the basis for automated completion of the machine and system documentation.

UL standard

The visualizations with an intuitive "look and feel graphic interface" simplify the operation of complex machines. Hardware & additional services

Control cabinet construction & hardware installations

Depending on the size and any protection requirements (e.g. explosion protection), we design and manufacture the right control cabinet for each individual project according to the customer's requirements. Once the switch cabinet construction is complete, our electricians carry out all the necessary installation work on site.

Depending on the customer's requirements, we can carry out the entire electrical wiring of all main devices and units or only internal wiring work up to defined transfer points. Our electricians are also available for other electrical work of any kind.

Function & initial test

At the end of the installations carried out by us, an initial test is carried out in accordance with DIN EN 60204-1:2019 ; VDE 0113-1:2019, which is mandatory for the safe operation of the system. For systems installed and commissioned by third parties, we offer to carry out these tests as an additional service.

Retro-Fit

Under certain circumstances, upgrading existing systems is preferable to implementing new systems. In this case, our employees are available to answer questions about the compatibility of existing equipment and the implementation of new equipment or software upgrades. The work carried out under the name Retrofit is particularly interesting for customers who are confronted with problems in procuring spare parts or who want to expand the functionalities of their systems.

Pneumatics

Through innovative solutions in control and regulation technology, we expand the possibilities of pneumatics and combine proportional technology, sensors and control algorithms to create an effective control loop. As a result, we not only optimize pressure, flow and movement, but also increase the efficiency of your production. Our experts ensure that the control system is easily integrated into your systems and offer you maximum process reliability, precise control and economical results.

Explosion protection

Explosion protection requires compliance with strict legal requirements. These include the ATEX directives (ATEX 114 and ATEX 153) and the IECEx standards. All components and systems used must be certified and labeled accordingly. Regular maintenance and inspection of the systems are essential. MEMBRAFLOW offers you many years of experience in fulfilling all legal explosion protection requirements.

UL standard

Support & process optimization

After the handover of systems, we continue to be available to our customers for maintenance and troubleshooting. We offer various concepts, ranging from recurring inspections to urgent service calls in the event of system failures. These can be carried out by means of remote maintenance support as well as on-site visits.

Maintenance includes recurring measurements, importing system updates and checking and monitoring software and control parameters.

To increase the efficiency of your system, we also offer process optimizations that we can install quickly and easily.

Both customer-specific modifications and system extensions are possible. Our well-stocked warehouse also enables us to support our customers quickly and easily with the procurement of spare parts.
