Your tasks:

Accounting & control

Bookkeeping including control and reconciliation of delivery bills, incoming payments and incoming invoices.

Customer & supplier
correspondence

Correspondence with customers and suppliers.

Presentation & offer
preparation

Creation of presentations and preparation of quotations for service, spare parts and maintenance contracts.

ERP system maintenance

Maintenance of ERP system and databases.

Support & quality
management

Support with general office activities and quality management.

Project support

Project support from conception to realization.

Your qualifications:

Commercial training / business studies

Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.

MS Office 365 & DATEV

Confident handling of MS Office 365 and knowledge of DATEV.

Teamwork & communication

Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and an independent way of working.

Financial accounting & bookkeeping

Sound experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.

Financial accounting & bookkeeping

Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills.

CRM & ERP systems

Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
